Few colors are more boring than black, especially since most of these cars were black. Almost anything else would be better, I'd definitely rather have the green.

Few colors look as universally good on everything - black is always a sure bet to look nice. Boring? Because it looks good no matter what? I dunno....

Black is boring to me on most modern cars because it's too monochromatic since all the trim is often also black. However, it does look sharp on cars with a lot of bright trim/chrome/stainless (which would usually be something older), or on something that is two-tone. I just don't care for ALL black - and the only thing that can make it worse is to add black wheels and limo tint. That look does nothing for me at all.

I like the OP's car in green.

I with you on black being boring. Black obscures the definition of the cars lines. I vote for "arrest me" red or Hugger orange.

Anybody ever paint a 4th gen Cadillac Pearl White? One of my favorite colors, may not go very well though.

I have a maroon base model 95. I've always thought about going SOM with it. Maybe because my wife constantly reminds me how stupid we were to get rid of her 02 SOM Z28 years ago. But still, I don't think I've ever seen a 93-97 repainted that color.
If you look close, 95 in the middle, 02 on the right in my avatar.

Nice looking car! And that paint looks fine. I'd leave it green....boring or not. Anyone can have a black or red car.

I love matte white on these cars. A member here a while back plasti dipped his Trans Am matte white and had black Miro 111 wheels, looked really good!

Yep, keep the green......change the wheels. it's a lot easier and a lot cheaper. I love the dark green cars.

I'd invest in some new wheels and an SS hood. That will take the "boring" away.

By the way, I have these wheels with brand new tires for sale in the classified section!
