location has a lot to do with what you pay as well....

I bought my 99 T/A w/ 25k miles on the clock, Mint condition, never seen rain..had a WS6 hood, borla exhaust, UMI short stick, and Whisper air lid...$13.7k in August 2005.

This is in the Midwest area, and that price was a STEAL in this area when i had been looking, most in MN and WI had 60k+ miles and were going for $15-17k....

Now down south this price is fair...so like I said location plays a HUGE part in the price of a car.

i totally overpaid for my car: 02 WS6, 11k miles, $24,000. bone stock but never driven hard. Bought it 8 months ago. I guess thats what happens when you have $$$ to spend and you see something you like... a lot.

I bought mine summer of 2000, 98TA a4 all options, ~10k miles $17.5k. After buying the extended warranty to 90k (which I probably used for $6k in parts and labor) and all the finance crap, it ended up being around $25k when all was said and done. Oh well, I was 18 with almost no credit and got raped on the apr...young and dumb and didn't even care at the time.

$17.5k was actually a really good price back then. I remember seeing used WS6s with 10k miles going for $26k and higher.

2001 NBM Z28 bought it with 42,000 miles all the options besides SS package. Total financed out the door with 3 year warranty for 14,000. GM employee discount played a nice role though.
