LT1 vs. LS1
is it really worth holding out for an LS1? or should I buy a cheaper camaro with an LT1?
So far I've found a 98 camaro LS1 (54,000 miles for $7,000) and a 94 camaro LT1 (115,000 miles for $4,400)
any info is great
I'm a newb

oh and by the way, NO not every car can be made fast. whens the last time you have seen a Ford Festiva hitting 9s 10s at a drag strip? without a full on engine swap

I've seen Geos run 9s and videos of Dodge Caravans running 10s, engine swap or not. You don't have to run 9s and 10s to be considered "fast", or else the majority of "sports" car owners are slow.
Funny how its usually the lt1 guys that start something, in this case its you who decided to throw a jab. Grow up.

You said comparing an Lt1 to an Ls1 is like comparing a Honda to an F-body, theres only one way you can read that - an LT1 is like a honda compared to an LS1. If you meant something else, you might want to try wording your sentences better.
