What Tool What tool is needed to measure backlash when installing gears?? where can i get it and how much is it??? also what would be the list of tools i would need for a gear swap???

dial indicator with a magnetic stand, i just bought one for i think around $20 pm me if you would like to know where. i dont know about the stand though i made my own. you will also need a tourqe wrench. hope this helps.

can i get a dial indicator from autozone or any autoparts store??? got the torque wrench and all the sockets. And also isnt the backlash set at around .005-.012 or something like that???
