Default bone stock 1/8 mi times

what is the expected time on an 1/8 for a stock ls1 here at the local 2 tracks I see alot of stock cars running and the times are pretty spread i saw a SS run a 9.2 9.1 8.95 and then with a driver swap i saw a 8.65. my friend was at the track the night i saw that car and his mustang runs a 9.0 and his memory seems to be foggy as to the 8.65 and he thinks his car is faster than a stock ls1. most cars arent stock so i dont go ask every ls1 car driver that i see run is that car stock? i really want to shut his mouth its annoying. damn mustang owners.

If those are the only mods you have your probably running about what a stock ls1 would in relation to H.P. and torque so...race him, beat him, post it so we can laugh.

Mine ran 9.5 bone stock. I have an a4 with 2.73's. Did my mods listed below and play with tire pressure I can squeeze an 8.8 out of her now. Gonna do LT's and high flow cats, hoping to see 8.5 to 8.6 range without a problem. Would put gears in her but I love 28 MPG on the highway. And doesn't matter mustang he runs if its stock unless it's a Cobra of course LS1 will smoke it.

My current m6 when stock went 8.40s in the 1/8th.

My previous a4 car went 8.72 the first time down the track, as well as my first time ever at the track. After some practice it started going 8.60s or so that night, and before summers end I was in the 8.4-8.5 range. It had one FREAK pass that fall where it somehow 60ft'd a 1.75, and went 8.16! I was blown away!

99 t/a went 8.7. I have no idea what the MPH was, it was about 2 years ago since my last track visit.

in my 03 GT 2v i ran an 8.7 stock (quickest) and my buddy ran the same in his 99 GT 2v....i saw an ls1 camaro (guessing it was stock by the sound and look) that ran 8.4s on a 70+/- degree night. came back the next week with exhaust and was pullin low 8s. i think with a good driver an 8.3 is possible but realistically 8.4-8.7 stock. mustangs should be high 8s or low 9s.

thats one of the fastest if not the fastest ET's for a bonestock 2V anything! I had an 03 GT and it was just a flat out TURD!!!!! so now with just a stall and exhaust my car has run a 7.9 without the all crucial TUNE it would take that 2V nitrous to get there or H/C/I and full exhaust and gears to do it! which is just too much money to spend on a 2V!
