high miles, 98, hard top, a4..... im guessing that you'd be lucky to get 6,500 if its loaded, and decent shape. but since its a b4c it likely has cloth, stock rims (non chrome), and more than normal wear and tear on body/paint. if thats the case id say njnetsfan is right 5-6k but i've seen them go for anywhere from 3k-6k

A 98 Z28 w/138K miles is worth about $5K, give or take a few. Need for paint and other TLC (what ever that means) makes it go down at least a grand, or so.
The fact that it is a B4C and has bolt-ons does not help much at all. Depending on the person wanting to buy it, of course.
So..., all in all, I would say the car is worth just about $4K.

you cant include upgrades in resale value. sorry, but it doesnt work like that the majority of the time. when you sell it to the public usually the more "upgrades" you have the more the price drops. people see mods on a car and assume it has been dogged on, and therefore will not pay full price. what its worth to you, and what its worth to the public are two completely different figures. Its the sad reality of a modded car. the only way modding would add value would be if it was done by someone that is well known (gmmg, hennessey (scammer but still), john lingenfelter, etc.)
you'd likely get more out of your car if it was completely stock, but not by much, with those miles and some needed "tlc" the most you'll likely get is around 5k and you might have to sit on the car for a while since the market really isnt there right now.
