get a light weight batter and relocate it to the back... its not just about weight reduction but also weight transfer.
take out some speakers, the rear seatbelts, the window wash bottle, fog lights etc..
any thing can go, its just up to you on what you want to remove

I find it really tough to strip out stuff and still have the car be daily drivable....
People take out their front bumper support and **** too, but I would worry about frontal impacts, etc.

Empty out windshield washer fluid, I think it's like a gallon or two so you'd definitely shed 1-3 pounds.
You're gunna be kicking yourself when you get bugs, dirt etc. on your windshield

Nobody has said a lightweight K member yet? wow. That right there should shave off 40-50 lbs. Upper and lower A arms aswell. An aluminum drive shaft should be lighter than stock. Plus, floor mats and useless junk you keep in the car all adds up. Lightweight drag brakes as well.

what is the air pump?????? i was thinking about taking out the bumper supports and relocating the battery as well. SPOHN makes alot of stuff like the K-member front end, the motor mounts and the upper and lower A-arms. this all will shed(im guessing) around what? <---anyone who knows better please fill in cause i know stock **** is heavy thats how i based my guess.

Passenger side airbag. That little bastard is heavy!! You'll never know it's gone. Unless you have a wreck with a passenger.
I would avoid removing the bumber support. That is just my .02 cents.

K Member and A arms will save you the most weight, around 100lbs. Removing the AC saves alot of weight also, the compressor/mount is one heavy bitch along with the other lines(55lbs). i wouldn't recommend removing the heater core if it's going to be used on the street because you lose your windshield defrost. Replacing the carpet with the aftermarket stuff will net you a 40lbs loss. if your looking for major weight loss, there isn't a way around taking away some accessories.
