Windshield wipers don't work right
 

Since I got my 94 T/A back in april today was the first time i tried to drive in the rain. I went to turn on my wipers and they went up about 1/4 of the way and thats it. So I got out of the car and tried to move them by hand, which got them to move but then they got stuck again. After that I couldn't move them anymore. I turned off the wipers and a few seconds later they went back down. If i turn them on again they only go back up 1/4 of the way. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Sounds like either your wiper motor is toast or your linkages are jammed somehow.

remove the wiper motor and then turn on your windshield wiper to pinpoint the problem
