Steering vibration, squeak, excessive brake dusting?

Inner pad dragging on rotor, causing wheel drag, squeaking, and excessive dusting
updated (long overdue)
I have a problem with my front driver side brake.
About a year ago I replaced the rotors and pads. A little over a month ago I replaced the caliper.
I had the car up on a lift this weekend replacing my oil pan and changing my transmission fluid. While it was up I checked that front driver side wheel. It does not spin as freely as the passenger side. I checked the wear of the rotors and the inside of the driver side rotor is much more worn than the inside on the passenger side. Outside surface wear is the same on both driver and passenger.
It appears that something is causing the inner pad to continuously drag on the rotor. The slide pins were replaced when I did the caliper and they slide freely.
I would think that if there was a brake line issue, it wouldn't just be causing the inner pad to drag. Any idea what could cause this? Unfortunately I didn't have time to look into it more while the car was up on the lift and I'm not mechanically inclined enough to just start tearing into things *****-nilly without knowing exactly what I'm looking for.
