Default Crazy Vibrations Throughout the Car

I had the engine rebuilt about a couple of months ago. there is a bad vibration throughout the car. the vibrations are bad enough that all everything is vibrating throughout the car. when i look at the mirrors, they are all vibrating. recently i noticed tho, that it only happens when i put the car into drive. when it is in neutral, it goes away. i especially noticed when i was stopped at the light, the car vibrated like crazy, but when i shift it into neutral and it goes away.

is it possible it could be the tranny? i did change out the tranny mount to a poly one. could that be the problem?
