My horn doesn't work?

I have a 94' z28 and when I go to push on either of the two horns they are stiff and nothing happens. I think my steering wheel might be a dud, but is it possible that it's something else? I think something might have frozen since it's so cold but I don't even know how to go about it.

Thanks

My 98 stopped a while back and I brought it to the dealer cause the air bag issue. I didnt want a Darwin award for having it blow in my face. Anyways, costed me $115 including parts and labor. They said there is a plastic seat behind the wheel that cracks over time.

I would try shorting the appropriate terminals on the horn relay and see if that makes it beep. If so, then it is probably the SW indeed.

Check the relay as stated, but also give the horns 12+ direct from the battery and see if they sound. The horns on Fbodys are garbage, and if not adjusted exactly, will not sound. It could just be the junk horns are out.

My horn buttons don't work either (well, they worked like once or twice, but I never bother anymore).

They work when arming the alarm or pressing the panic button on the remote, but they rarely ever work when pressing the horn buttons on the steering wheel. Anybody know what this could be?

They sell some deeper louder factory style horns at O'Reily's for 7 bucks each. Nice difference and they look exactly like the OEM FIAMMs.

Where is the horn relay located?

My horn went off on its own at 1am I had to disconnect my battery. Any ideas on how to fix it? I thought it stopped but when I move the steering wheel up and down it goes off. I pulled the plugs on the horns but I would like it to be functioning.
