I am looking for a specific post regarding the difference between mineral oil vs synthetic. The article was written by a surgeon (pathologist, i believe) and was extremely informative. It spelled out many of the differences in laymen's terms as well as provided scientific proof and reasoning. This article prompted my change from regular mineral based oils to M1 full synthetic.
