OIl catch can question....oil in the intake question.....

Few questions:

See in the picture where I removed the hose that goes from the top of the valve cover to the TB....and plugged it with black caps?? What negative effects can that have? Is that where an "oil catch can" is attached to?

Then, see this hose that I removed and set aside...what will happen if I cap those two openings?

If I'm right, this will keep all oil from going through the intake, right???? I was going to do this and then get a breather for the oil fill cap.

What do you think?

I checked out that thread.

The only thing I see on my drivers side valve cover is a rubber grommet in the rear. Then the only other thing going to the intake is on the drivers side, and it goes right into the intake itself, right where the TB and intake meet, near the TPS. Look at the pic. It looks like a fuel line.

So, if I plug the other ends of that other hose that goes from the valley to the intake on the pass side, would that mess things up?

Or do I need to addsomething to that grommet on the pass side valve cover?
