weird electrical issues

weird electrical issues I dunno if this is better to post here or in electrical, so if its better response in electrical mods feel free to move.
The problem is with the steering wheel controls. When you press any of the controls they work, but if you try to press them a second time, then they dont. ie: you mute the music, then go to unmute but nothing happens. Same thing if you skip one song and go to skip a second, nothing will happen.
