Cylinder 7 misfire even AFTER plugs and wires
Hey guys, recently I was experiencing a cylinder 7 misfire, so I changed my plugs and wires and clean the maf. The car runs good, put sometimes is idling rough and my scanner is saying Cylinder 7 misfire still. It was saying this before I changed the plugs and wires also. I clean my maf with some MAF cleaner, and cleaned the TB blade with some carb cleaner. My car is running a lot better, and the only codes it are throwing are the ones for the misfire, and for my knock sensor. Would a knock sensor cause a misfire like this? I wouldn't think so, but what do you guys think? Do you think it could be a bad coil pack? Any info is appreciated.

So...swapped the coil pack from Cylinder 1 to Cyl 7 and vis versa, cleared codes and took her for a driver. Pop, P0307..cylinder 7 misfire. Where do I go from here? Should I check the injector or move straight to a compression check? Is there anything else I may be over looking?

Ouch, some scary replies out there. What is the easiest way to go about swapping injectors? Lets hope that this is the case. Any insight is appreciated it, if you have the same problem post in here!
Now this is just me thinking, BUT is it possible using seafoam could of messed up an injector in a higher mile car? It seems to be about the time my performance went downhill was AFTER I seafoamed. Just food for thought.
