I have my trans out the car and notice an oil leak towards the rear of the pan, Can I take the pan off without dropping the K member with the trans removed?

***EDIT*** it's a 02 ls1 ws6 with the t56

I don't know if you can get it past the oil pump pick up tube.... Maybe if you jack the engine up.

Yeah im trying to figure out how to do this without taking the mounts apart right now.. It's close, I would say maybe 2 inches


any ideas?

Bought a cherry picker, will use that and the kmember drop method.
