It's stuff you put in your gas that keeps any entrained water in it from freezing.

It's mostly methanol and an old school trick to lean
out the mixture. That workes well for open loop
(like carb'd vehicles) but will get learned out in
time with a closed loop setup.

There may be burn-profile effects as well but what
I've seen, is pretty much just about mixture.

I always wondered about the closed loop. Never had to try it on one. So it may learn it and adjust too quickly. But still worth a shot.

When I used to do this, with a half tank, I'd add about 3 cans maybe. Then go run the crap out of it for 10 min after it's warmed up of course, then hit the test station while still hot. Who knows, you might just luck out.
I wouldn't use E85. That's ethanol. The antifreeze is either Isopropil or Methanol.

The reason you can't get 93 here is because you don't need it. The higher altitude requires less octane. It appears to me that your tune is no good. Looks like you are getting to much fuel on both acceleration and deceleration. Seems like you have aftermarket injectors that were not tuned properly. Sending PM.

I was mocking him because he said he was going to report a speed shop for headlight sales?

im not too sure if it works in our cars, but worked in my 86 iroc, LTs, no cats and a monster cam. ofcourse thats a carbed car, but we used dry gas, and it passed with flying colors after failing 3x and being red flagged.
