Default Accessory Squeak..
Just changed the belt on my '98 z28 and there's still a little squeak coming from somewhere near the accessories. A little wd40 quiets it for a while but it comes back.. it's not very loud and it goes away as soon as the engine breaks the idle but it's really annoying

are there any common causes for this?

yes its the tensioner pulley usually its the lower one by the ac compressor.
