Did you grease the sway bar bushings, the ones shaped like a D? Could also be the stock shocks if you still have them on there.

Interesting. Never thought to use that on the suspension. I've used it other places and it's great though. Will be ordering some soon.

You changed all 4 ball joints, all control arm bushings, shocks, sway bar bushings and end links.

You pretty well covered everything obvious.

Some far-fetched ideas:

1) Inner tie rod sockets.
2) Upper shock mounts.
3) Caliper bushings.

Also, it might be something non-suspension related. Remember the entire car goes over the bumps. Any metal touching where it's not supposed to will cause a squeak.

Also, there is a metal bracket that the sway bar d bushing is attached to, I believe on the passenger side that can come loose and make a creaking sound.

Did you change the outer tie rods that attach to the spindle, or the inners that are inside the rack bellows?

It's the inners that can cause a squeak on bumps.

Have you received a free sample of Fluid Film? It's gonna last a heck of a lot longer than the competition.

That's for sure. I just use WD-40 for troubleshooting. The noise usually comes right back. I need to order some more fluid film.
