02 TA won't start!
 

My friend's 02 collectors edition won't start.

turns the key, starter relay clicks, but starter does nothing.
This was random, we parked it in his storage after driving 5 mins, went back a couple hours later and it won't begin to turn over.

Battery is fine, starter/wires are fine,
its an arizona car with 49000 miles so corrosion is probably out of the question, plus he takes care of it.

Only things I can think of are neutral safety (its an M6). Had him try a different set of keys to see if it was the chipkey..
maybe its not reading the resistor?

Any ideas?

Ignition relay?

I would imagine it would at least turn over, just not start..

Security light flash/on?
When he turns the key, do the gauges light up?
Have the starter checked anyway. It's probably that.

the battery and starter were already tested.
it acts normal when he turns the key, gauges go down or whatever. ill see about the security light.
