Inner door skin does not match up

Inner door skin does not match up I finally removed the driver's inner door skin so I can replace one of window guides.
Put the damn thing back on, and it does not match up with the outside window trim.
It's like the inside is about a 1/4 - 1/3 of a inch lower then the outside piece.
I would take a pic, but I just got the window retinted since it was scratched from the busted guide.
WTF? Any ideas?

Figured it out. . . . . I forgot my car is a Camaro and nothing will ever fit the way it came off. . . . .
Shimmed it up with a piece of a rubber hose. Looks good now. . . .
