ABS and Air Bag light on

ABS and Air Bag light on ABS inop and air bag light are both on in my 1994 v6 camaro. I've tried 3 different OBD 1 readers 2 of which were at dealerships and the computer wan't telling them anything. Everything runs fine, abs does not engage if you stomp it. I replaced the calipers and when I bled the system and there wasn't pressure on the system the ABS light turned off, but as i pumped the pedal it came back on. Already replaced all the bulbs. And there was one day where I turned my car on and the RPM and speedometer were 
Was saying I was doing 130 down my street at 5000 when I was in first coasting. Turned it off and it was fine and haven't had problems since.
