How to change front turn signal lights?

one of my lights is busted and just bought a new set to swap them out with..The problem is.. How to you get down there to change them out? Looks harder then i thought. lol

Actually, it's very easy.

You have to remove the black plastic panels under the car. I think the bolts are 10mm, but I forget. Once you get those off, the bulb is right there.

I actually meant the lens not the bulb.. shoulda said that lol.. But i think thats what i need.. Theres a bolt that faces downward on the lens. Ill try it out tomorrow
