Does anyone know where to buy new side mirror glass? Mine are all pitted to hell, and I figured while the housings are off to be re-painted, I might as well replace the glass.

I did a search, but could only find info on how to remove the glass (which if anyone has pictures of, would be great as well!)

I looked around a bit online, but so far have only found the whole housing assembly with the glass and motor. I'm looking for ONLY the glass.

As long as the plastic backing is intact, any windshield shop should be able to do this. Try Safelight for starters.

i know gm sells replacement mirror's for some models. you can check your local dealer or you could try to find it online.

GMpartsdirect has the replacement glass listed. I believe it comes with the plastic backing already applied and you pop the old one off and the new one on.
