Default Engine Stuttering after Engine Wash

I washed my engine bay 3 days ago and now my engine is stuttering at idle. I used plastic bags to block off, the PCM, Fusebox, and electrical connectors first, just used a regular garden hose on a cold engine, when i finished, i started the car and let it reach operating temp and turned it off. The car runs fine until it warms up as soon as it starts reaching operating temps, it starts to randomly stutter so I'm thinking maybe my o2 sensors? Before this it was running fine, Spark Plugs, wires, and fuel filter were changed last week before this happened. anybody got any ideas? this is really pissing me off

You got something wet for sure. Pull your plug boots and see if they are dry inside.

I just noticed, my ac vents are only blowing on the floor, that means a vacuum leak, would that cause my idle problem? Driving home yesterday, the stuttering starts when i stop the car and let it idle, seems to start when i let the idle drop below 700 rpms, its tries to idle around 600 then it starts stuttering

Yup, it certainly could. Check where it comes of the back of the intake manifold and work back into the car.

I found the plastic T-Connector by the PCM was cracked, I believe this would be the reason my A/C vents blow only on the floor? would this cause my studder as well?
