Took off from a stoplight last night, got on it pretty good and it instantly lost power, hesitating real bad. Last time it did the same thing it was the #8 plug wire that had come loose. Well I got it home, took the plugs out, they were pretty black. Replaced the plugs with new TR55's, checked the plug wires and all were tight. Took it out and it's doing the same thing. Car has MS3 cam and at idle is feels normal but as soon as you start going through the gears the whole car starts hesitating badly, definitely feeling like an ignition problem somewhere. Hooked the car to my scanner and its not throwing any codes either. I'm absolutely stumped. Car is an 01 SS with 26k on it.

Could be an o2 sensor, they can go bad and you won't always get a code. If your running a tad on the rich side which it sounds like you might be, could be fouling an 02 sensor. Just speculation fella but its possible.

Only the forward ones. The rear o2s are for emissions only.
