Car starts only sometimes?

Car starts only sometimes? Camaro Z28 LS1.
Why does my car start only sometimes. I turn the key forward and it starts.
I turn it off at a store come back out of the store and the car won't start. I try several times the it starts. What?
I have replaced the Ignition Switch on the steering column and it still does the same thing.
Next step replace the starter
I checked the battery (Good) Unload (Good)
I have replaced the Ignition Switch with a new one. (Good)
Next the Starter.
Any insight on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Had kind of similar problem , after some trouble shooting find the root cause to be a bad connection between fuse marked ”START” and fuse holder. Fuse is located in one of the boxes in engine compartment.

The Security light comes on....I think my buddy figured it out. True Vikingramair part of the root cause was a bad connection between fuse marked ”START” and fuse holder. Fuse is located in one of the boxes in engine compartment. The ignition key also needed to be pushed futher in as well to deactivate the security....It must have been replaced and cut slightly off at the dealership. OMG.
The car now starts. Thanks to everyone; Vikingramair, Badss_02, Destroyer1362, JerseyLS1TA, Omarrakeen, 1998 Silver Bullet for all your help and input.
I think we got it worked out. I will let you guys know more if any other information is figured out.
