broke pvc line near front of intake
Hey everyone ! so about 6 months ago, while installing my ls6 intake i broke the pvc line on the passenger side of my car, the next morning i drove it to get it tuned. He said its not a big deal and just capped the thing by the tb where it the pvc went. Then i have a bolt in where the pvc is broke. i got it tuned and have been driving with it like this for the past 15k miles and now am starting to think this may not be good, but i dont know. Any ideas? thanks!

No i did not realize that, the tuner said it was not a big deal and he is a very reputable ls tuner in ok. With it unhooked it put down 343rwhp and 357tq. So will hooking it back up affect my power?

I know exactly which PCV hose you are talking about too. I think I busted mine this weekend when I degreased the engine bay. I even had the same one "rot" in the same way on my old LT1 Formula.
For now I used black electrical tape to temporarily fix it, but yeah it's a "weird" hose. Keeps changing diameters and has protective foam around it in some portions. Also right at the TB there is an actual ground wire holding it up. I have NO IDEA what that could be for.
Need to look at it again closely to see the best solution.
