Default Power window intermittent failing

Hey,

I'm going to start here, mods feel free to move if necessary.....

2000 Z, the driver's side window has "paused" while being raised a couple of times now as reported by my wife who drives the car daily to work.

Seems rather apparent that the pw motor is dying (no shock there). I figure I will replace both at the same time (driver side and passenger). My other thought is to put in some Speedglass (Lexan) at the same time to reduce the load on the motors for the future. Living in Canada with a daily driver, I wonder if the 1/8" lexan will hold up during the cold months....any idea?

Just the motor. Go with the doorman and life should be better for you over stock.
