wheel bearing problems

So i get the brakes and rotor and everything off no problem.
Then unplug that sensor and get out the 4 bolts holding the hub to the spindle. Well they were rusted together and no matter how hard i hit it with a hammer, it wouldnt budge.
I even tried holding a lighter up against it to heat it up, but i didnt have a torch. anyone have any ideas?

thanks

Use a wedge and smack it with a hammer.

another tip is to go to lowes and buy you a MAP gas torch fairly inexspensive, I have used one to remove many a stubborn bolt. Heat up the metal around the bolt, not the bolt itself. A lighter?? Funny,,,,,Now thats tryin everything you got.....

I had the same problem and ended up taking it to a mechanic to get off. All he had to do was tap the side of the hub from the back. (Instead of pulling.) The added leverage popped it off. You could probably also bolt up an old rotor to the hub to give even more leverage and whack the thing from behind.

ya i was desperate. and its not the bolts. all the bolts came out with a little emphasis. the actual hub is rusted to the spindle. honestly its not THAT rusty but holy shit that thing doesnt wanna come off

See above. Use leverage.
