Default Odd idle after clutch is pushed in.

On my 01 Z28, occasionally when coming to a stop, you will push the clutch in and the idle will go up, sometimes around 1300 sometimes up to 2000, if you blip the throttle it will sometimes go down, and if you put it in a high gear and let the clutch out it will go down. Doesnt sound like a vacuum leak to me really. Any ideas?

Does it vary depending if the AC is on? Would like to know if it does this with the AC off.
