Wipers
 
does the windshield wiper motor control the washer fluid as well? because my washer dosent work but the wipers do.

Most cars nowadays have a separate washer pump installed directly either in, or immediately next to, the side of the washer tank and it will have it's own power supply connector. Usually two wires. Also look for a small diameter rubber hose. It's usually attached directly to the outlet nozzle of the pump and leads off to the right/left nozzles that spray the windshield.

Maybe the plug came unplugged or it may be that you just have a bad pump. A washer pump is usually fairly cheap to replace.

No, the pump is attached to the fluid tank.

Have a friend listen to the washer pump while you try to work the wipers. If it makes a sound, then you just have a clog. The filter screen at the pump may just be clogged, etc.
