P0507 code
 

I am throwing a P0507 code my rpms are bouncing be tween 1200 and 2000 . Normal for my build is about 2000.

That code is for Idle Air Control Higher Than Expected. It sounds like you have a vacuum leak start check for that and check you IAC valve and TPS also. I have seen both of these cause this code and be sure to clean the throttle body good to the blade and the port where the IAC valve goes.
