Default Loud racket when decelerating

My cars been making a really annoying sound lately when decelerating. It seems to be the worst if I am in 1st gear going through a parking lot. I also hear it if I'm in 5th and take my foot off the gas. It goes away as soon as I take my foot off the clutch. Kinda sounds like a grinding sound but gets louder if you tap the gas and then let off. The car is a little jumpy in first too. Sounds coming from the front of the car. Car is a 01 SS M6. Anyone have any suggestions?

Check the area around your flywheel for obvious issues, loose bolts, cracking, etc
