Question Nice Squeak at startup - warming up

I have a 99 WS6 w/110k, when starting the car up after its sat for a few hours it begins to squeak.

(I live in Utah so its hitting 30's-40's Fahrenheit right now).

Once it warms up and I drive it for a bit the squeak goes away, its just very loud and it sounds more like a chirp. It goes every second or so.

I was going to check my belts later today.
Any ideas? -Thanks!

It looks like it might be a pulley... Its the farthest top left one if I face the front of the car.

(My friend sprayed some WD40 onto it and it shut up for a little bit).
