Default still a lot of movement in shifter even afte poly tranny mount

I'm guessing it's time for new motor mounts? Even after doing the poly tranny mount my shifter still moves a couple inches when I shift hard and I'm hearing a bang under the car on hard shifts. (exhaust I guess). Any thing else it could be? I know motor mounts are a b@@@@! Thanks

Is that probably why I've been getting a lot of vibration. When I rev the motor the steering wheel vibrates.

Also check your torque arm mounts, movement when shifting could be this. That's a real easy quick check.
