Default 2000 SS CRAZY idle/dies when headlights are turned on?! HELP!!!

I have a 2000 camaro SS 6sp with 56k miles, got in it today and noticed the headlights didn't come on automatically though I thought it was dark enough. I brush it off and drive awhile, well then never turned on so I switch them on myself.

At this point my gauges go crazy, dying and coming to life non stop and misfiring, after 40 seconds of this I cut my car off and turn the key I start it, nothing. I start it using the tranny and clutch. Bam it's good, idling a little low but running OK, no misfires but on WOT it goes but acts as if its being choked for the first few seconds then has all the power, itll do this at any rpm. So obviously I'm like wtf. After while the idle eventually gets better, I turn my headlights on but the dash seems dimmer than usual. Whatever so I cut my headlights and later down the road turn them on again, and it starts all over again.

So I guess there is some huge electrical short/issue with my car and it happens when I turn my headlights on. Any help or suggestions would be amazing. My car was tuned with ls1edit and tuned the 02s out and that was done many thousands of miles ago.

I am about to upload some videos they are horrible quality but you can make out what is happening. Also when I turn the headlights on and this happens the whole car kind of jolts. I've tried to describe this as best I can. Thanks

I would check your ground connection coming off of the battery. With all those problems I assume you have a bad ground somewhere
