power steering pulley squeak now

power steering pulley squeak now so i changed my power steering pump yesterday and now its starting to squeak... should i of bought a new pulley? i have a pulley puller/installer and i put it on as tight as i could
is it common for this to happen if you re use the old pulley??

i popped off the pulley real quick and put it back on and really pushed it on as hard as i could and it didnt squeak..let it run for about 10 min .... we will see tomorrow if it does anything
