Exclamation Spark Plugs, Fouled or not?

Hey guys

Getting my car tuned tomorrow. I was thinking about changing my plugs before I headed out to get tuned but the car is running really really rich.

I'm worried about fouling the new plugs before I get there (it's a 25mi trip)

I need some opinions on the condition of em. I don't know how long they've been on the car as I bought it a little over a week ago, and again the car runs very rich.

Could use some feedback asap as I won't have much time tomorrow and figured I'd stay up a bit late and get it done I just didn't want to waste the time and effort if I just foul the new ones out too.

Heres a pic of one of the plugs

They do not look fouled to me, if you're worried about fouling the new plugs can you change the plugs once you get the car to the tuner?
