P0841 - fans wont come on with A/C

P0841 - fans wont come on with A/C Bought a car had a fan switch owner didnt know if fans were still controled by pcm. Check the 3 relays powers and grounds seem good, all the relays are functional.
numbers are from relays cover - i noticed a digagram i found online was not my same set up
#1 is driver side closet to fender, looking at front of car furthest left of the 3 relays. it is the only 5 prong of them.
on the #1 fan relay if i ground prong # 30 i get passenger side high fan on.
on plug #2 - middle relays - if you ground 85 relay number relay 3 will click.
on relay #3 - 87 and 30 are hot, but nothing happens when grounded.
I was getting a p0841 code i figured it was because of the fan switch, took it off and light stayed on and came back after clearing codes. I also noticed my fan wasnt comming on with my a/c.
I am now figuring my driver side fan is broken, it spins freely. Also that my wires from my pcm to relays is broken off or grounded somehow, am i correct on that assumption?
Anyone have a simlar issue, any way of testing the wires from the pcm to relays?
