Something weird ive noticed, with all my emissions stuff back on I can see my headlights flicker every now and then, my car will surge every now and then while driving, and there is a smell that I havent smelt since I had taken it all off...

Anyone know about this??.

Air pump will run at a random time as a test to make sure it's working. Might be what your experiencing as the pcm will briefly go I to open loop.

Yeah, your probably right. It just feels slightly more sluggish, but with EGR & Secondary Air back on I think thats probably why.

I can hear the air pump come on randomly and the EGR make a hissing noise every now and then.
