Default Tearing up Trans Mounts

Hey all, pretty new to the forums, but looking for some advice on my '95 3.4 Camaro (yeah, yeah, i know, still saving for an LS1.) Was having some issues about 3 weeks ago with the rear end clunking under acceleration and the shifter jumping around, so I replaced the transmission mount with another OEM rubber mount. Seemed to take care of the problem, but it only lasted for about two weeks before the mount broke again. I'm going to swap in an ES poly mount this time around, but while I've got the car on jackstands to do that, is there anything else I should be checking for that'd cause it to shred a transmission mount that quickly? Going to replace the torque arm bushing and the motor mounts while I'm swapping the trans mount in case they're part of the problem, but I don't have enough experience with f-bodies yet to know if there's anything else to check for.

Thanks, appreciate any advice
