Gurgling noise/ Low Coolant light.

Gurgling noise/ Low Coolant light. Hi so I recently purchased a '97 Z28 amazing condition and couldn't have asked for better. But there is an issue bugging me as of lately.
My low coolant light likes to come on everyday after the engine has warmed up, usually not in the morning when I go to work when its 3ama and chilly. But through out the day the light will start by blinking then becoming constantly lit.
Accompanied with this is a gurgling noise that mainly occurs when I accelerate and ONLY at 2000rpm and very lightly at idle. The gurgling can be felt through the gas pedal.
The check engine light has come on twice but gone off shortly after and only read P0134.
I've checked the weephole. Doesnt appear to be leaking but I haven't checked very closely. Coolant is full and clean its dex cool. Oil is starting to get a little dark but not black its Mobil synthetic.
And lastly only every other day does the car get close to hot. Never reaches red and cools down while driving heats up while idling at lights or slow traffic.
Hopefully I can pinpoint the issue with someones help.

I checked it last week and today as well. The radiator has gone down about an inch since. Overflow is always where it should be. And i have a sticker in the engine bay saying the light will sometimes stay on.
