Won't Crank-No dashlights-headlights work. headlights work, door chimes,
But no dash or radio lights and will not crank. no clicking just will not crank.
Changed ignition and starter relay fuses and nothing still.
Any suggestions?

Cluster fuse on my 99 firebird blew and i had these symptoms. The fuse is called IP Dimmer. its a fuse on this inside f the car not under the hood. Mine was a 5amp fuse. Replaced it with a 25amp and havnt had an issue. Let me know if this helps.
