Default Both Headlights Suddenly Go Out?? '01 WS6...

Hail all! New to the forums here.

So I have a problem concerning the headlights on my '01 T/A WS6. Everything works fine as far as them going up and down, but every once in a while both lights will go out (happened once after going over a bump) and the only way to get them to come back on is to cycle them on/off a few times. The high beams will still work fine tho even when the low beams don't. Any ideas? Corrosion on the connectors maybe? Cheers!

For a Firebird, I'd check the headlight switch first. The connectors on both sides are independant and the grounds are shared with the high beams, so the switch is the only thing I can think of that is common to both sides and involved when you cycle the lights.
