Default Chirping, Squeaking noise trouble shoot

On my daily driver 99 3.8 v6 car I have this chirping noise, the only time I notice it is if I splash any water on the front of the motor (first time was when using the water hose to flush out the cooling system) the noise goes away (or atleast gets drowned out by the engine) after a minute or 2 of running the engine after getting wet so I took the belt loose and spun the pulleys and it seams to be coming from the alternator, this alt was a "new" not a reman from Oriely's (as they where the only place with one instock the day my factory alt kicked the bucket, while I was on my lunch break).

here is a video I did testing the pulleys:

would this be enough of an issue to get them to replace it under warranty?

Take it back. Prime example of "new" not being the same as "good". When you get the new one, have them put it on their tester to prove it's ok.
