Default Belt jumped groove on crank pulley

While changing my oil today I noticed that the belt jumped 1 groove (going toward the front of the car) on the crank pulley. I adjusted the belt so it was seated properly on the pulley. When I was done with the oil changed I started the car and noticed the belt jumped again. The only time I had the belt off was when I changed the water pump a few years ago. Just wondering if its been like this since then. The belt looks good. Why would it keep jumping a groove ?

The tensioner is ok.
I looked at the idler pulley and it looked like it was sticking out a bit too much, so I removed it and noticed the big washer that goes on first was kinda dented in the middle. I placed the pulley back on without the washer just to see how it would align and it was right where it should be. I put the washer back on and the pulley then the belt. The belt is not jumping the groove anymore and the pulley looks ok. I guess the idler pulley was guiding the belt too forward and it jumped a groove.
I want to replace the washer, do they sell just that washer ?

im not exactly familiar with that part but im guessing any appliance store could match a washer up for you. or a parts store.

Get a new washer, and a new belt.

You'll probably need a dealership for the washer. That or a wrecking yard.
