Default Unused vacuum ports

So I was working on the car yesterday (ps cooler broke)and noticed Ihave to unused vvacuum ports what r they for should I plug them or connect them to something or leave them open

Definitely don't leave them open. I have no idea what they go to and it might help someone else answer that question if you gave more details on what the engine is and what it's in.

Those are the coolant ports for the throttle body. The TB bypass is already done, which is why they're open. Put some vacuum caps on them or leave them like they are, it's not hurting anything.

They were presumably installed for vehicles in severe cold weather climates to help alleviate the throttle body blade from sticking due to the coolant flowing through them. While I've always put caps on them, I don't think it's necessary whatsoever.

those ports were used to heat up the throttle body using engine coolant. The heat would keep the throttle blade from sticking closed in cold weather. you can see the coolant hoses in your picture where the two clamps are close together.
