help I'm lost

I took a 6 hour drive in my 2002 camaro z28 average speed 70 th 75. No playing at all this drive was the second day of no sleep so I was being as careful as possible. The car had been sitting for a couple of weeks before the trip. Now the whole bottom side of the car is covered in oil and it seems to be coming from the passenger side. The dipstick tube has pressure in it. It's also stating to smoke from the tale pipe. What can I do?

either has a pcv problem or the engine ate a piston or ring.

that's got me going in a new direction... I took the oil cap off and put a rag in it that stopped the oil leak and the smoke. do you have a recommendation on a breather for the cap.

what's the history of the car?
you should never have crankcase pressure if the PCV system is working properly, so i would make sure the PCV system is in good working order, otherwise pressure in the crankcase will push oil out the front & rear crankshaft seals.
maybe pull all your spark plugs and inspect them for oil deposits and carbon buildup, if they are all clean then unlikely a piston/ring problem.

Thanks for the advise all plugs still look new. The PCV system was plugged into the vally cover outlet instead of the throttle body. Problem solved I think.
