Car won't start/dies while running

PROBLEM SOLVED! Was a faulty ignition relay.

Was on a trip yesterday and while driving home I noticed the cruise control stopped working. Figured maybe it was a fuse so I wasn't too concerned about it. Stopped on the way home for an hour and the car didn't want to re-start. Wouldn't fire at all. After a few attempts it started up and off we went. Noticed the cruise control was working again and 5 minutes later the car just dies going 60mph down the highway like I turned the key off. SES light finally comes on. Coasted off the road and after a bit got it restarted again........same situation 2 more times before I finally made it home at 3am.

Went out to scan the codes this morning and it won't start again. It came up with a P0102 which is a MAF code. I know that the MAF won't cause the car to not run so this doesn't make any sense. Unplugging the sensor didn't help either.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I do have efilive that I use to tune the car, but not sure if there's any diagnostics I could run with it considering the car isn't running.

When it runs, it runs fine until it randomly shuts off.

Update: Read where this can be symptomatic of a bad crankshaft sensor so I checked to see whether it would show rpms while cranking in EFIlive and it does. Would that eliminate that sensor as a possibility?
